I was inspired by all the bright energy of the Brazilian Carnivale when I created this piece. It is full of bold and beautiful colours! There are two sections to this design, the tassel pendant and the intricately beaded length. I really like the combination of red, yellow and gold and the different shapes and textures of the beads go really well to create a necklace full of wonderful summery vibes.
This necklace and earring set was created using only two different strands of beads from the new JBH beading range. Although simple and easy to do, the results are spectacular.
This month our team designed amazing projects using the new Francheville card and envelope sets as well as Bella's Glitz Glittered cardstock. The Just Bead It team didn't let us down with their gorgeous jewellery masterpieces featuring our stunning beads from Just Bead-It. Time to revisit the projects our team created during a busy August!
Oh my… what a wonderful time was had with these pretty beads. Hi it's Chez on the blog today and I want to share with you my gorgeous green and black necklace creation showcasing the new JBH beading range from Just Bead It.
Hi everyone, it’s Melody here - welcome to my bead blog! These beautiful beads were my inspiration today and I have created a three piece vintage crystal jewellery set with a bit of a modern twist.
Hello it's Chez today on the blog… I had the best time making this fun and quick neckwear inspired by our up and coming Spring season. I absolutely love the vibrant reds and golds that have been used with hints of black seed beads to finish off this statement piece.
Hi, it’s Melody! Today I have made a turquoise and bronze statement piece. I have been eyeing off these turquoise beads for ages, aren’t they gorgeous (!!!) and I thought a necklace would be just the right way to show them off.
July marks my one year anniversary since joining the Ruby Rock-it team. Where the year went, I cannot tell you but what I do know is that it has been one of the most wonderful inspiring years of my life. I have a magnificent creative team and delightful products to work with. This is my job yet it doesn't feel like work. I am always in awe of the brilliant creativity that my team come up with every week. Let's have another look at what the girls got up to last month. Enjoy!
Hi, it’s Melody here with my newest beading design. This time I’ve created a long layered neutral toned necklace, full of soft natural colours gently enhanced with a range of metallic tones.
Hi this is Chez. Welcome to July. Although it may not be spring here in Australia as yet, this gorgeous neckwear is inspired by the mauve spring flowerings that grow along the white trellis in my garden every year.
Are you up for the challenge and want to recreate this stunning masterpiece? Then follow my tutorial below and prepare to be inspired!
Hi, it’s Melody here with my latest beading project! You can’t really tell here in sunny Queensland, but it is actually winter in Australia, so I thought I would make something bright today and banish the midwinter blues - with some vibrant pinks, beautiful purples and a little bit of shimmer & shine.
This neckwear has been inspired by the coldness in the air at different parts of the day and night. I have had a world of fun playing with these beads. This piece is made using a Herringbone base, tendrils and adding bling in a freeform manner.
Hello this is Chez… The neckwear that I have for you is inspired by the frost that we have in winter. It sparkles like diamonds in the morning sun from everything it has touched. I hope you get inspired to Just Bead It as well…
Today I have used two different types of beads to create a funky layered necklace. Black & gold make a great pair and I chose these beautiful cube beads for their shimmer and the contrast in shape and colour.
This month our Design team showcased lots of sparkly bling in their projects. It was wonderful to see how spectacular a piece of work can become just by adding bling. I love reflecting back on the past 4 weeks as it reminds me of just how much our team have achieved....not to mention how creative and talented they all are. But I don't really need to tell you that, let the results speak for themselves.
