Today is my last post here for the Ruby Rock-it team (sad that this day is here already) and i thought i would do something different and share some of my favorite projects that i have had the opportunity of creating on this amazing team through the years. I have been so blessed to work with such incredibly beautiful products each month filled with the latest designs and of course lots and lots of bling and sparkles too. It's been the best time ever!! So here goes.... enjoy the memories!!
Throughout July we showcased three of our fave mini themes - Magic & Wonder, Dream and Coast. These collections will take your imagination to a serene, magical and dreamy world where anything is possible. Today we revisit the remarkable projects our Design team created to inspire our Ruby Rock-it fans. Enjoy!
Hi there. Today I'm excited to share a shimmery box surrounded with mermaid kisses and starfish wishes featuring Bella's gorgeous new Dream mini theme paper collection. As the name states, it has dreamy paper prints, colors and mermaids, and I opted to show the softer colors of the Dream collection.
Let me take you back to June where I re-visit all the wonderful inspirational projects our talented Design team created just for you! Our featured product included 3 themes from our new Bella! Paperworld collections - Coast, Wild Thing and Red, White & Blue. We think they're pretty awesome. Take a look and see what you think?
Today i have a fun project for your kids to make to decorate their rooms. My kids loved themed rooms growing up and we always had fun making things to decorate it for them. So--- we have some brand new Safari themed papers called "Wild Thing" and i got to work and created a fun little upcycle tub for safari toys or cars and a cute little sign for their door. And you can make lots more things too .... let the creative side of your kids shine and see what they can do.
It's always fun to celebrate all the different holidays in the States, and the 4th of July is one that I have actually not made decorations for before, so this month is a great time to celebrate the new Red, White and Blue paper collection from Bella!
It's almost Father's Day in a couple of weeks so today i have a fun and easy project to share that your kids can make for their dads this year. It's a Father's day bag book and you can fill it with pictures of all the kids and special messages in the pocket part of the bags to let them know how special they are to your family. I made mine for my nephew who has 2 young kids and i am going to have them do handprints and put lots of pictures of them from this past year. It is easy to make and it's not pricey either. Keep reading for a simple how to....
Hello to all our wonderful Ruby Rock-It followers. We hope you have had a fabulous month. Can you believe June is just days away? Doesn't time fly? All throughout May our featured product was the gorgeous new Bella! Paper World collections and Mini themes. The team showcased all the masculine themes from the range which included Little Man, Little Prince, Family Man and Baby.
I am so excited this month because we have brand new releases to share with all of you and are they ever cute! I picked our newest line called "Little Prince" to use for my projects today. This is the perfect line for boys who love to dress up as their favorite brave knight of the round table or for me I thought how fun to create decorations for a birthday party! It is so cute and each of the papers have the cutest characters from gallant knights to fire breathing dragons on them.
Hello and welcome to the Ruby rock-it blog today. It's my turn to share a new project and i decided to do a Gardener's box that either you or your kids can make for your mom or grandmother to keep her new seeds to plant for the season. Or maybe even a journal or a special gift card to get more flowers for her garden? How fun would that be to make? For my project i used the new Botanical Prints from Ruby Rock-it to cover a recycled box that i had and a matching card to go with it.
Hi all you journal decorators!! Today is the perfect day to stop by for some quick inspiration for your kids to create some fun covers for their school journals. We have a brand new collection of papers with adorable mermaids and sealife on it called "Under the Sea" so i thought it would make a perfect journal cover. The papers are gorgeous colors and you can fussy cut the images to put them anywhere you want to make a fun underwater scene.
This month the team gave you all a sneek peak at two of our newest mini themes - Grandma's Kitchen and Magic & Wonder. Beck and Christine also created some magic with the new Botanical and Coast paper collections. Chez got into the Easter festivities with her gorgeous seed bead projects which included a Cross Bookmark and an adorable mini beaded basket. So in case you missed all the fun, here is a quick wrap up of their projects again.
It's time for another quick share from me for a project you can do with your kids who love to cook with you in the kitchen. Ruby Rock-it has a brand new cooking set of papers called "Grandma's Kitchen" with adorable images and gorgeous colors. I had so much fun mixing and matching the papers and i even added some of my favorite Ruby Rock-it goodies like doilies and wood chippies to it.
Are you ready for another awesome new Bella paper collection? Today I'm showing off the Grandma's Kitchen collection with this cute mini Recipe book. A combination of "vintage fun" mixed together in true Ruby Rock-It Brands style.
This month is National Craft Month so what better chance do we have but to get our kids involved in it and create some fun projects and get them a little ahead with their skills for creating things for school too. Ruby Rock-it has a brand new fun line of Unicorn papers and tags called Magic and Wonder. I created an envelope mini book complete with adorable cards to tuck inside and add pictures and fun memories for a sweet little girls friendship photos or even a birthday!
