Hello it's Chez today on the blog… I had the best time making this fun and quick neckwear inspired by our up and coming Spring season. I absolutely love the vibrant reds and golds that have been used with hints of black seed beads to finish off this statement piece.
July marks my one year anniversary since joining the Ruby Rock-it team. Where the year went, I cannot tell you but what I do know is that it has been one of the most wonderful inspiring years of my life. I have a magnificent creative team and delightful products to work with. This is my job yet it doesn't feel like work. I am always in awe of the brilliant creativity that my team come up with every week. Let's have another look at what the girls got up to last month. Enjoy!
Today on the Ruby Rock-It blog, I am sharing a layout I have created for my daughter using the new Glitz glitter cardstock. I've used it here as both a background layer and again as a die cut fancy photo mount.
Hi Everyone it's Beck BT here again and today I decided to team up some glittery goodness with my dies for a sweet effect. I've also thrown in some of the fun Fundamentals embellishments as they are too sweet for words!
Hi this is Chez. Welcome to July. Although it may not be spring here in Australia as yet, this gorgeous neckwear is inspired by the mauve spring flowerings that grow along the white trellis in my garden every year.
Are you up for the challenge and want to recreate this stunning masterpiece? Then follow my tutorial below and prepare to be inspired!
I love showing different ways of creating with Bella's gorgeous range and array of Glittered Cardstock, and today I'll share with you a couple of tips with my glittery floral card.
This month our Design team showcased lots of sparkly bling in their projects. It was wonderful to see how spectacular a piece of work can become just by adding bling. I love reflecting back on the past 4 weeks as it reminds me of just how much our team have achieved....not to mention how creative and talented they all are. But I don't really need to tell you that, let the results speak for themselves.
Hi Everyone it's Beck BT here again and as we are still Blinging it up this month I thought I'd take a different spin and add some bling to a Scrapbook Page. I just love how it came together all pretty and sweet in pink.
Today we step back to April and recap on all the inspiration and imagination shared by our awesome design team. The most obvious and very exciting change this month was the introduction of our first ever Just Bead It Designers to the team. These talented ladies did a phenomenal job breathing life into the humble bead, creating breathtaking inspirational jewellery pieces. Our Ruby Rock-it blog is always filled with amazing creations by our Design team and we post these simply to engage and inspire our followers.
Spring is in full bloom in the Northern Hemisphere and this has inspired me to create a layout filled with Pink Bella Florals. I paired these pretties with the New York paper collection. Here's my pretty in pink page.
The weather is starting to warm up here in California. Flowers are blooming, my roses are out, and spring is definitely here. Not only that, but of course Easter is right around the corner. So, for my projects this week, I decided to make a pretty trio of cards in pastels that could suit either Spring or Easter.
With Mother's day not too far away, I have created this stunning ocean inspired freeform bead embroidered heart necklace. Feeling inspired? Check out my tutorial and I'll show you exactly how to make it....
Today on the blog we recap on all the March Madness. Spring, Florals and Easter dominated our projects this month. Hearts and Stripes, New York and True Romantic papers featured beautifully throughout. Lets recap on what our awesome designers created for us this month shall we?
With Valentine's Day now past, it is time to start looking to Easter. I have been wanting to do a hot air balloon for ages, (well another one, this is my second, but in a different style). I was inspired by Teresa Horner's recent post where she created an Easter banner for her mantle. She used the pastel colours of the Hearts and Stripes range, which made me think of all things fresh and new which of course is the epitome of Easter.
