Payment Methods
We currently accept VISA and Mastercard. All credit cards are processed for payment when goods are ready to ship. All prices are in US dollars.

Domestic Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS ground unless a specific carrier is requested. All orders USD$200+ receive free shipping. For smaller orders a 10% freight charge will be added to your subtotal.

International Shipping
We ship all International packages via DHL unless a specific carrier is requested. International customers are responsible for all customs and duties. Freight is charged at time of order to ensure costing is as accurate as possible.

Return Policy
Please email us (cbaxter@fynmark.com.au) or call us on +6 12 9318 0550 if you need to return any part of your purchase. We will accept the return of unopened products with the original packaging materials within 30 days from date of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. As soon as the item(s) are received by our warehouse your refund will be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund upon receiving and processing the return. 

Privacy Policy
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
