Ruby Rock-It

Documenting Special Memories with Essence

by Beckie Dreyer | December 2, 2013

There is nothing better than receiving parcels through the post especially when you have been tracking it online and you are desperate to see what is inside ....

This was how I felt waiting for the arrival of my DT box from Ruby Rock-It which contained the BRAND NEW products being released in January at the CHA show .... and wow how truely beautiful it all is!!

I adore the colours, which are very me, natural and with the essence of the sea.  I am loving the new products which allow documenting memories to be fun and quick.  Having not done this style of scrapbooking before I was eager to give it a try and here is what I came up with

Tsukineko Memento Teal Zeal

Imagine Crafts Ink Blushers

I really like how easy it is to simple add in the cards and photos into the pockets on the page protectors.  I didn't even need to resize my 6 x 4 photos!  For some of my pocket inserts I created 'mini' layouts using the papers and finishing packs to add some dimension to the pockets.

The DT has been sponsered by Tsukineko and we recieved the most amazing package of their gorgeous inks.

DT swap

I used the Memento Teal Zeal to ink the edges of the paper with their cut heart shaped inker!! I also used the ink with the Essence clear stamps in the finishing packs to create cards of my own.

The Essence range is just incredibly fun and once you start your imagination and creativity will run wild!

Have a fantastic day

Beckie :)
