Snowy Fun in New York

Snowy Fun in New York
I am reading all about the hot, hot weather back home in Queensland while sitting here in "Sunny" California, in my winter clothes with the heater on. A few weeks ago, I travelled to New York with a friend and got to have a play in the snow. It was a lot of fun, but so very cold.  The picture is of me in Central Park. It was very pretty to see the fresh snow all over the ground.
Completely by co-incidence I used the Bella! New York paper range, along with some corrugated cardstock for texture.

I also added some texture paste over a stencil on the background for a little extra interest. I sprayed over this with paint mist, and sprinkled some tiny seed beads into the wet medium.

I used some of the new paper doilies in two colours, and some tiny tags along with some bling pearls to build up the layers.

I used some wood veneer letters to create the title. I ran out of the letter "S", so I cut down a large number 8 and used that.
