Trick or Trick anyone?

Trick or Trick anyone?
It's almost Halloween here in The States, and I have started decking out our front patio ready for the trick or treaters to arrive. I got this corrugated board sign at the end of the season last year, and have been waiting for the perfect time to decorate it.

1. I started by doing a black undercoat. This gave the finished projects some dark undertones. I then coated the piece in a thick coat of acrylic paint. I heat set the paint with a heat tool, holding it quite close over the project until it bubbled up and created a textured effect (Be careful to keep the heat tool moving to avoid burning).
2. Next I swiped some glitter paste in a co-ordinating green colour over select aspects of the project using my finger to blend it into the background.  I then adhered some black bling to either end of the project.
3. I sketched out some spider webs onto the back of the glittered card stock and hand cut. These were adhered to the back of the project on opposite corners. The card stock is nice and thick, so once cut, it holds its shape really well.
4. I then sketched some spiders onto the back of some black Dancette paper and hand cut those too. I adhered one to each of the spider webs. I teamed these up with some plastic spiders. I adorned these with some black bling also. I added a bit of black glass glitter around the spiders while I was at it.
5. Finally I draped some sections of spider webbing over the whole project.
