Ruby Rock-It

Valentine's "Love you" Photo Board

by Teresa Horner | February 7, 2017

Hi and welcome to our blog today.  It's Teresa here to share another fun project i made up with lots and lots of fun products from the Ruby Rock-it store.  I really had a blast making this one and all the reds and glitter gems i got to use really made it gorgeous!

*So to make this project you will need some kind of circle board or clipboard with a border like the one that i found at my local Target store.
*I first made it simple by cutting 2 strips of the Bella Red Fusion paper and gluing it across the middle of the board.   Then i used silver glitter paper and red corrugated paper and cut simple heart shapes with my Spellbinders dies.  These i set out in a simple pattern and then glued them on.
*Then i took a few of the Faded Empire white flowers and bunched them up and glued them over the hearts with some green floral bits that i also cut from a die cut in green cardstock.
*Next i added the white frame that i cut from white cardstock with the Art Nouveau die from Spellbinders.

*On the bottom i added a pretty bling swirl in clear to match with the silver glittery hearts.
*And on the top of the frame i added the words "Love you" with the large silver alphabet letters.

Ruby Rock-it also has alphabet letters in white so i used those to add xoxo and the words Celebrate today on the top left side like you see below.

*And lastly i finished it with a pretty wire edged bow in red and white polka dots.  And it's all ready for me to take a fun picture and put it inside of my family for this year.  Time for some new decorations and this line was perfect to make up my project and maybe even a garland too.
