I love making gift giving personal and unique, and paper crafting is a perfect way to do just that. I was so excited to receive the newest vellum release from the Fundamentals collection, it is beautiful and a great weight for creating special packaging that is sure to be remembered!

This little gift bag is very easy to make, start with a sheet of the Fundamentals! vellum. They measure at 8 1/4" wide by 11 1/2" tall.

1. Start with the tall side along the left side of your scoring board, and make a score at the 2 1/2" mark.

Score 1

2. Turn the vellum so that the shorter side is on the left now and score at 3", 5 1/2", 8 1/2" and 11". (the scores are so the front and back of the bag measure at 3" and the sides measure at 2 1/2")

Score 2

3. Trim into the score lines that will form the bottom of the bag, this is where you made the first score line at 2 1/2", trim out the 1/2" x 2 1/2" piece and throw away.

Score 3

4. Fold carefully along the score lines to shape the vellum.

Score 4

5. Adhere the 1/2" flap to the back side of the 3" piece to form the bag part. Then adhere bottom flaps in place.

Score 5

6. Punch two holes in eash side of the bag and thread through ribbon, tie in bows on sides.

7. Decorate bag with die cut flowers created from Fundametals vellum in the polka dot, Bella bling and Bella Wedding Medallions.
