Benedicte's christmas tradition projects

by Benedicte Raphalen | December 20, 2011

Hi everyone,

I’m very happy to share these three projects on Christmas traditions with you. My first project is about the letter to Santa. I chose to combine both Paper Boy and Paper Doll collections to create a layout about this tradition that all children love :)..

Dear Santa

Dear Santa detailFor my second project, I picked up this photo of my daughter wearing a Christmas hat. I often have photo sessions with this kind of outfit (sometimes as soon as November) to get lovely photo portraits to offer to the relatives or to make beautiful scrap layouts! To do this one, I used "Collage" paper from the Paper Boy collection. I also cut stars from the "Sphere" paper. I took a small piece of a "Patchwork" paper from the collection Paper Doll. The embellishments – the strass, flowers, and ribbons – all come from the Wedding collection

Stars in children's eyes

Stars in children's eyes detailFor my last project, I chose to create envelopes and cards to be hooked on the wrapping paper of your presents. The envelope has got the name of the person to whom the gift is dedicated to written on it, and the inside card shows a scraped photo of this same person. To do so, I used the products from the Wedding collection again and I also cut the stars into "Sphere paper" from the Paper Boy collection.

I wish you all happy holidays. Talk to you very soon!
