Ordering

All printed paper lines must be ordered by increments x10 or x5 depending on the inner pack size. We cannot split papers due to damage and spoilage. All other lines can be purchased individually.

Forms of Payment

Ruby Rock-It accepts VISA and Mastercard. All credit cards are securely processed for payment on the site at the time you place your order. All prices are in AUD dollars.

Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved and be made within 30 days of the original order date. Please email us at  or call us on +61 2 8316 5491 if you need to return any part of your purchase. All returned merchandise must be received by us in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. As soon as the item(s) are received by our warehouse your refund will be processed. We will notify you via email of your refund upon receiving and processing the return.
