New Year | New Inspiration

Wow what a month!  After the craziness of December our design team didn't waste any time getting straight back into the new year, bringing more amazing creations to inspire you all.  It's a little hard to believe that we are now in the second month of 2018.  Seriously...how quick did January come and go?  While we all stop and catch our breath, let's have a look back on all the fun crafty projects our team blogged about last month.

Hi and Happy New Year to all of you visiting our blog today!!  It's a new year and time to try some new projects and new products so today we are getting out our glitter packs and creating a cute Valentine card.  I used the Francheville Glitter pack called "Pretty in Pink" for my project because it has the perfect colors to use for all my Valentine projects this year.  It's gorgeous!

I created these fun Valentine's Day favours using Bella! Glitz card stock. I think even the boys will like these. They are super simple to make, and you really don't even have to be a crafter.  This is a great alternative for parents who want to provide a non sweet valentine.

It's my favorite holiday project time again so lets get out some Ruby Rock-it glitter card stock and create a fun banner to decorate this year!  This one is super easy to do and you can use die cuts or just cut them out by hand if you want to.  But the best part is there is lots of glittery goodness to jazz things up for the Valentine's holiday coming soon.

Glitter Slime by Beck Beattie

Hi everyone, Beck Beattie here today with a bit of a different post.  I was so excited that the Francheville line was going to be including glitter glue.  Who doesn't love a bit of glitter?  I'm not sure but I can say my boy's love it as much as me!  With slime being all the rage my boys wanted to make some of their own, so we headed off to Spotlight to pick up some supplies.  My boys were so excited by the range of glitter colours that I received the day prior that they begged me to use some in their slime.  It was the perfect addition!

I've got a fun layout with a good mix of Bella collections to share today. One of the main reasons I enjoy scrapping with Bella papers is that they are versatile and so easy to mix and match. I also added touches of Ranger's Distress Inkpads throughout the page to bring it altogether.

It's a brand new year already and I like to take this opportunity to re-stock my card supply for those times when events like birthdays come up before you realize. This is a simple and sweet birthday card, but the design could just as easily be adapted to any other occasion with a quick change out of the sentiment sticker.
